By the way, I got moved into a 5th grade. The fifth grade had too many kids, and needed to add a teacher. I first emailed our union, saying what can be done to get me into that fifth grade class? Then I emailed Mr. Principal, saying I want that fifth grade position. I am guessing that by then (end of September) the point had been made in admin that last year's Mr. Principal put me at second grade solely based on spite. My current Mr. Principal had to make me beg a bit for it, then quickly relented. He's a new young guy. I could have been his fourth grade teacher... So I moved into this fifth grade class. The majority of kids who came from young, new Ms. Cute Teacher. Now they have me. They went from Cinderella to the Wicked Stepmother.
